No, These are to help solve our long term housing shortage (1 year lease).

How many Apartments are there?
13. There will be 8 two bedroom, 1 one bedroom and 4 studios.

Is the new building bigger than the current one?
The existing buildings have a footprint of 7,512 sq ft. The new building has a footprint of 7,685 sq ft. The new building will be taller.

How many Parking spots will the project have?
21. One for each bedroom.

Where is the yard?
The project is designed to shift the tenant outdoor activites to the various local parks in an effort to minimize disruption to the neighborhood

Are all the trees getting cut down?
No. The trees in the front yard are overgrown and will be trimmed, but they will remain. A number of trees in the back will need to be removed. The third lot on Pine Blvd will retain most of its trees.

What happens with trash on a project like this?
The key is in frequent trash pickup. Trash and recycling will be picked up twice a week. Clean cardboard can be stored inside the building to await pickup.

A certified Passive house is a designation issued by PHIUS (the US governing agency for Passive house) to a building that meets or exceeds a rigorous energy and performance standard. A certified building uses approximately 90% less energy than a code built building.
